The WATL Community Awards work to recognize exemplary members of the WATL Community.

The 2021 Community Awards Winners will be announced at the Throwers Ball at WATC on December 12th, in addition to achievement-based awards earned during the 2021 League season.

WATL Community Awards nominees have been shortlisted by the WATL Council and will be voted on by WATL Throwers.

Thank you to every thrower and venue that has been nominated. All the nominees have exemplified outstanding community achievements.

Craftsman Awards

A WATL Certified Craftsman is a 3rd party axe seller who customizes WATL axes. They are business owners and/or individuals that have extensive experience in customizing, restoring and maintaining axes.

The 1st annual Craftsman Awards serves to showcase the incredible talent of our WATL Craftsman

The 2021 WATL Craftsman Awards will be presented as part of the WATL Awards at the Throwers Ball.

The Craftsman have submitted the listed axes for your consideration, the community will be voting in two categories:

Standard Hatchet – Community Choice Award
Big Axe – Community Choice Award

The Community Choice Winner of each category is decided by the highest number of votes.

Each winner will receive a Craftsman Trophy and a $500 Credit to the WATL Store.
